About Shree Janaki Mandir

A stunning marble temple in Janakpur, built in 1910, Janaki Mandir marks the birthplace of Mata Sita (Janaki) and the site of her marriage to Bhagwan Ram. The Vivah Panchami festival re-enacting the Ram-Sita wedding is celebrated here with great splendour.
