About Trimbakeshwar Temple
At the foot of the Brahmagiri hill near Nashik, Trimbakeshwar marks the source of the sacred Godavari river. Its Jyotirlinga is unique in bearing three faces representing Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, and the town is a renowned centre for ancestral rites such as Narayan Nagbali and Kaal Sarp puja.
